An accomplished figure in the finance industry, Ali Firoozi has been active as the chief financial officer and chief administrative officer at The PAC Group since 2014. In this capacity, he manages finance, accounting, administrative work, human resources, and account acquisition. Among his numerous responsibilities, he negotiates larger contracts with clients, reviews all financial reporting, is responsible for the company’s strategic financial plan, oversees the budget cycle, ensures quarterly reports are completed, trains the financial planning analysis team, manages the IT team, and reports to other senior leaders.
Mr. Firoozi’s impact on The PAC Group has been significant since he arrived, from substantial growth of the company—with clients becoming the largest customers in the world, such as Amazon, Ford, and General Motors—to leading its technology revolution by upgrading virtually every system it has, including travel, expense management, accounting, finance, and the overall internal process and procedure.
Backed by a diverse educational history, Mr. Firoozi earned a bachelor’s degree in international finance and pre-law from Loyola Marymount University between 1997 and 2001, while serving as a financial center manager at Washington Mutual Bank, where he launched his career and was active for more than a decade. He additionally pursued a Master of Business Administration, with a focus on business administration and finance, at California State University, Northridge, from 2005 to 2007. Prior to his hiring at The PAC Group, he excelled as a vice president and financial center manager at JPMorgan Chase from 2008 to 2011 and as a financial center manager at Logix Federal Credit Union from 2011 to 2014. In the midst of his professional endeavors, he earned a certification from ExecRank’s Financial Oversight Advisory Council in 2016 and completed a program at the CFA Institute, obtaining a Chartered Financial Analyst qualification in accounting and finance from 2017 to 2021.
Looking ahead, Mr. Firoozi aspires to leave a lasting legacy and a culture of paying it forward at the company. He hopes to make a lasting, altruistic impact on the team and lead the company, enabling it to triple in size over the next five to seven years. Additionally, he wants to start a financial literacy nonprofit and teach at a university. He later joined Logix Federal Credit Union as a Financial Center Manager, where he led branch operations, staff development, and new-build implementations.

Mr. Firoozi holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Finance and Pre-Law from Loyola Marymount University and an MBA in Finance from California State University, Northridge.
